Established in 2003 by James J. Venaleck, the company provides crime scene clean up. As a law enforcement officer, husband, and father, Mr. Venaleck realized the need for a service that would help reduce the impact
many tragedies place upon families and acted upon this need by establishing Bio Safe North America. The
mission of the company is to provide complete and discreet restoration of crime scenes by decontamination and
remediation to restore the area to its prior condition at minimum.

After nineteen years as a local law enforcement officer, Mr. Venaleck has implemented new programs & has
not only attended numerous training programs, he has also instructed multiple courses at the local and national
level in the law enforcement profession. He is certified as an instructor by the Ohio Peace Officer Training
Council.   Most notably, he has earned the discerned honor of being the 2004 recipient of the Medal of Valor
(Distinguished Service for Heroism in the Line of Duty) by the Lake County Chiefs of Police.  In 2005, he was honored with the Jorge Medina Distinguished Service Award for rising above the call of duty. Additionally, Mr. Venaleck is a member of the Lake County Weapons of Mass Destruction Technical Support Team and holds certifications or training in crime scene decontamination & bio hazardous waste removal; blood borne pathogens
& Trauma Scene Management; forensic epidemiology, and advanced topics on medical defense against
biological and chemical agents.

The Director of Operations is Steven Payne. Before joining Bio Safe North America, Mr. Payne has served over as a law enforcement officer for over nineteen years. Having served in the capacity of a supervisor for a municipal police department in northeastern Ohio, Mr. Payne has a thorough knowledge of policy and procedure compliance. Mr. Payne is a certified Ohio Peace Officer Training Council instructor. Mr. Payne is certified in Hazmat procedures, blood borne pathogens, crime scene and evidence technician, and Ohio EMA radiological
protection. Moreover, Mr. Payne holds training in Methamphetamine lab precaution and has attended the FBI sponsored training in Weapons of Mass Destruction Nuclear Biological and Chemical weapons.

Jonna Bobo was named Director of Public Relations of Bio Safe North America in 2004. Her primary responsibilities pertain to educating the public & private sectors about the benefits of Bio Safe North America, developing training curriculum for community education pertaining to biological hazards, domestic preparedness and other issues that increase public awareness, issuing press releases and overseeing the public relations department. Prior to joining Bio Safe North America, she has accumulated over 17 years of marketing, sales,
and training experience. She has seven years experience developing curriculum at the proprietary level and has
had several papers published in the educational environment. She also holds a Master degree in Business Administration.

Each member of the Bio Safe North America team is personally trained and led by Mr. Venaleck, ensuring that the company extends every conceivable requirement to the victim's families by extending care, concern and compassion. Bio Safe North America not only cleans the affected area, but decontaminates it as well. In many cases, the area may be restored to a like new condition. All of the services are provided in a professional, confidential and efficient manner.
